Charlotte Strowger-Turnock (Y13, GS) has had some amazing netball success over the summer.

She was named in the Ikaroa ki te Tong Maori Netball U19 team. This team is the regional rohe from Palmerston North and the Wairarapa South. While there are less girls who can whakapapa back to an iwi, (Charlotte is Ngai Tahu), the area is far greater than say the Wellington u19's which is just the city, so the competition is very fierce.

Charlotte was also asked to trial for the NZ Maori Secondary Schools Team in Palmerston North. The team is announced at Easter.
