Marsden Swimming Sports was held last Friday at Kilbirnie pool and was a great success. The day started with House chants (won by Johnson) then the swimming began. The serious swimmers wowed the crowd with their speed and style - hours of training and hard work was evident. The competitive races were interspersed with non-competitive events so all students could take part comfortably; it was wonderful to see so many girls jumping in and taking part to gain house points. The big hit of the day was the Floaty race. The afternoon wrapped up with form class, house and staff versus house captains relays.
